The color variation from light green to red and beautiful oak leaf shape make this a must have mustard. The flavor is mildly spicy. Tastes great as a baby leaf in your early spring salad mix or wonderful full size in a stir fry. Sow in early Spring and again in late summer for delicious beautiful mustard greens.
