Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders, made-to-order items, or limited-run products. These items may require additional processing time before shipping.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is listed as a pre-order or made to order, estimated ship times will be noted on the product page whenever possible. Because these items are created or sourced specifically for your order, cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet moved into production or shipping.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Subscription payments are processed securely, and you may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
