Taking care of the environment and sustainable forestry: Our trays are made from several sheets of FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) birch veneer with a melamine based top coat.  FSC is an independent, international member organization that promotes responsible forestry both environmentally and socially. A global standard regulates the handling of raw material for harvesting, protection of animal and plant life in the area and the working conditions.

To clean, wipe with soapy warm water.  Do not soak tray in water.
